In the three-year planning period, the goal in 2010 was to rebuild morale by emphasizing strengths. A reconciliation meeting was held with Mark Henderson on April 11th. The congregation "repeated events from previous years that made people feel good." This included the "30-year anniversary event" on November 7th.

There was an increased emphasis on prayer and Brent Carter was recognized as "prayer team leader".
